#3 - Peeling a banana.

This one is more of a recent discovery.
I've always been taught to do it one way. It was always from the stem up.

I guess it kind of resembles those tabs that you find on tin cans for ease of access to your Chef Boyardee Beefaroni.

It was always labelled as the correct way. That stem was like the button from just a banana to edible goodness.

I watch Youtube a lot. So one day I came about a video titled, "How To Peel A Banana Like A Monkey." Hmm. That would be like learning directly from Mother Nature herself. Here is the video:

What I thought I was doing was the correct method turned out to be the harder method.
