Undercover Boss.

I watched an episode of Undercover Boss. The premise is simple. A boss of a certain company goes as a lowly-paid employee to see the struggles and hardships of the workers, as well as look for ways to improve the company.

So this rather... round... boss who is the head of a hotel chain went to clean pools, change bedsheets, and usher in guests (heh... usher). The boss gets to hear how the employees felt about their company and the situations they are going through.

Towards end of the show, it is touching. The boss of the hotel chain invited the employees that he worked with to a meeting where he would reveal who he really was.

It is amazing when someone's struggles are heard and they get resolved. But it amuses me how easy it seems to make them happy. The power that this boss has to make those who work for him so loyally. It's kind of like Oprah. You get a humpback whale. You get a humpback whale. You get a humpback.... AQUAAAARIUUMMMMMMMM!!!


And on a side note, Daisy got an upgrade and a new house! Daisy 1.1! Mi Si pickup and hardshell casing. Thanks for the present, Mom. =)
